Frequently Asked Questions
What is Kaizenera?
Kaizenera is an educational platform dedicated to people who want to build a better life through remote work opportunities. May it be freelancing, becoming a digital nomad, or just getting a better full-time remote job, Kaizenera provides a complete solution to realising this dream. Our platform relies on three major cornerstones of providing education, a helpful community and professional mentoring. With our courses and real life workshops, alongside our awesome Slack channels and trained coaches, we aim to provide a complete roadmap on how to make your remote dreams come true.
What is Kaizen?
Kaizen (改善) is the Japanese word for “improvement”. In business, kaizen refers to activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. It also applies to processes, such as purchasing and logistics, that cross organizational boundaries into the supply chain. It has been applied in healthcare, psychotherapy, life-coaching, government, and banking (Wikipedia).
Kaizenera is not providing Kaizen related educational materials and is not associated in any ways with the Kaizen Institute.
Who is the team behind Kaizenera?
We are a dedicated group of professionals coming from all walks of life. Having witnessed and experienced what amazing opportunities remote work provides, we decided to make it our mission to bring these fruits to wider audiences.
Kaizenera was founded by Adam and Peter, both successful freelancers and entrepreneurs. We can read more about their journey in the About Us section.
Courses and Materials
What makes Kaizenera courses special?
The Kaizenera experience was designed with remote professionals in mind. Our workshops, courses, materials and communities are all aimed towards giving a no-nonsense, complete road map on how to build a remote business or make an impact in the remote job market. While there are numerous online courses available on various educational platforms, amazing many of them may be, we feel that at the end of the day, a video or article can only give so much.
Kaizenera embodies a holistic approach to remote work. We believe building a remote livelihood is only the beginning, and the hard part is making it stick, while finding true fulfilment in your new career. Kaizenera is work, life and balance.

Kaizenera offers workshops in several cities, providing the same workshop experience everywhere. The difference in pricing is to only reflect the difference we have to pay in relations to renting the workshop space, and some cities are more expensive than others.
